Our Mission

Our mission is to help managers improve their bottom lines through modernized communications that increase resident retention and decrease vacancies. We also hope TMA minimizes the waste associated with paper fliers and makes the lives of both managers and residents just a little bit easier.

Our Beginnings

We became interested in founding TMA through speaking to residents who were frustrated by the fact that their managers posted paper fliers on their doors not infrequently. They couldn't understand why they couldn't get this information of their cell phones (where they get most of their information). They were also perturbed by the unnecessary wasting of paper and the security threat presented by multiple fliers gathering when they were out of town. So we decided to attempt to solve this problem. Our technology has been around for 5 years, but we've been targeting the multi-family industry for 2 years.
